UPLA: Servicio médico de salud y seguridad ocupacional
El Comité de Prevención y Seguridad en el Trabajo de la Universidad Peruana Los Andes, tiene como finalidad informar al personal docente y administrativo todo los protocolos de prevención y seguridad en esta etapa de pandemia a causa del Covid-19, motivo por el cual alistaron materiales audiovisuales para conocimiento de la comunidad universitaria.

El servicio de Salud Ocupacional busca implementar las acciones necesarias para prevenir y controlar los efectos en la salud de los trabajadores, derivadas de la exposición a los factores de riesgo ocupacionales presentes en las diversas labores inherentes al cumplimiento de la misión universitaria.
El compromiso del Servicio médico de Salud Ocupacional, es alcanzar los objetivos propuestos en la legislación ocupacional Peruana a través de la planeación, organización, ejecución, evaluación y seguimiento de los Subprogramas de Medicina Preventiva y del Trabajo e Higiene y Seguridad Industrial, mediante la vigilancia médica de acuerdo a los indicadores de las evaluaciones ocupacionales, teniendo como punto de referencia la visión y las políticas en salud ocupacional de la Institución, a partir de un trabajo de excelencia, continuo y comprometido con el mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de quienes conformamos la comunidad universitaria.
Los lineamientos, son ordenados por el MINSA, a continuación, se presentan orientaciones y directrices para la Universidad Peruana Los Andes, a fin de abordar la grave situación que afronta nuestro país.
El presente documento será actualizado en concordancia con los acontecimientos y dictámenes que establezca el Gobierno Peruano para prevenir y contener el contagio del COVID – 19.
OBJETIVOS ESPECIFICOS:
- Identificar los Grupo de riesgo y los que no son de riesgo del trabajador de la UPLA, y así prevenir el contagio del personal y la expansión del COVID-19, en el área de trabajo de la UPLA, minimizando la exposición al riesgo de contraer el COVID-19 de parte de los trabajadores(as) y los proveedores de la Universidad Peruana los Andes, mediante la Bioseguridad.
- Inculcar mediante capacitaciones por Vía Online a los Grupos con Riesgo/y sin riesgo de los trabajadores de la UPLA y esto a su vez fomente la participación activa de los trabajadores en general, con el sentido de Prevenir El Coronavirus en nuestra labor.
- Involucrar la participación de los trabajadores inculcando en ellos la cultura de prevención, siendo ellos la futura generación trabajadora, quienes llevaran inmerso hábitos y estilos de vida saludables.
- Promover y brindarse el tiempo para la realización de las pausas activas en cada uno de los trabajadores, mediante recomendaciones sobre la Prevención de Enfermedades Musculo esquelética y Estrés Laboral.
- El servicio de Salud Ocupacional tiene el deber de identificar casos como sospechoso y brindarles orientación en su salud a cada uno de sus trabajadores de acuerdo a lo que se presentación la Pandemia.
- Realizar el Seguimiento continuos en cada uno de los trabajadores de la UPLA, de acuerdo a Formato de Vigilancia para Prevención del COVID 02 desde el momento que ingresen a las Instalaciones de la UPLA, hasta el momento que se retire de las instalaciones, en caso de los trabajadores que están elaborando por vía Remoto se le enviará un formato de vigilancia.
- Es dar el cumplimiento de uno de los indicadores que forman parte del Sistema de Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo de acuerdo a la ley 29783, con las evaluaciones ocupacionales del personal, que permitan alcanzar una cultura del autocuidado de la salud y seguridad laboral en nuestros colaboradores, con el fin de evitar accidentes de trabajo, enfermedades profesionales y el impacto negativo de los riesgos laborales.
PREVENCION DE ESTRÉS LABORAL
FUNDAMENTO LEGAL: R.M 488-2020: LINEAMIENTOS PARA LA VIGILANCIA, PREVENCIÓN Y CONTROL DE LA SALUD
LINEAMIENTO 4: SENSIBILIZACIÓN DE LA PREVENCIÓN DEL CONTAGIO EN EL CENTRO DE TRABAJO.
- Brindar información sobre la COVID-19 y medios de protección laboral en las actividades de capacitación, que incluyan distanciamiento social, uso de mascarilla e higiene de manos.

- El uso de mascarillas es obligatorio durante la jornada laboral, el tipo de mascarilla o protector respiratorio es de acuerdo al nivel de riesgo del puesto de trabajo, conforme a las normas vigentes.
- Sensibilizar en la importancia de reportar tempranamente la presencia de sintomatología de la COVID-19.
- Facilitar medios para responder a las inquietudes de los trabajadores respecto a la COVID-19.
- Educar permanentemente en medidas preventivas, para evitar el contagio por COVID-19 dentro del centro de trabajo, en la comunidad y en el hogar.
- El "Plan para la vigilancia, prevención y control de COVID-19 en el trabajo, que está a disposición de las entidades de supervisión y fiscalización, como SUSALUD, SUNAFIL, OEFA, gobiernos regionales, gobiernos locales, y otras entidades fiscalizadoras, para las acciones de su competencia en el ámbito nacional y regional.
