- Con la finalidad de brindar calidad en la formación profesional, el Vicerrectorado Académico UPLA viene impulsando un cronograma de capacitaciones a los docentes sobre modernidad en estructura curricular y evaluación curricular.
La Universidad Peruana Los Andes, a través del Vicerrectorado Académico realiza una Jornada de Capacitación Docente, dirigido a todos los catedráticos de las diferentes Escuelas Profesionales, Facultades y Filial Chanchamayo, con la finalidad de impulsar competitividad en la carrera docente de la universidad y resaltar la perspectiva de lograr egresados competitivos en el mercado laboral peruano, señaló el Dr. Rubén Tapia Silguera, Vicerrector Académico.
Explicó durante la inauguración que, “para nuestra universidad es muy importante la formación y actualización permanente de los docentes tanto en su especialidad como en aspectos técnico pedagógicos”, además resaltó que la jornada durante un mes, está enfocada en temas técnico pedagógicos, distribuido en módulos académicos.
Los cuales está conformado por ejes: Currículo innovador y generador de competencias; Currículo integrador de la formación universitaria; Currículo centrado en el estudiante y un Currículo flexible, proceso que está a cargo y conformado por un equipo de profesionales liderado por el Dr. Luis Tapia Luján, Genaro Moreno Espíritu y Karen Sanabria Ríos
El evento académico de inducción se realiza en el campus universitario de Chorrillos, los días 21 y 22 de octubre del presente, en las instalaciones de la Facultad de Medicina y para ello, se invitó a expertos que consoliden el modelo educativo de la UPLA en las competencias didácticas de los docentes de la Universidad, manifestó, la Dra. Melva Iparraguirre Meza, Directora General Académica.
DATO: La jornada de capacitación tiene los siguientes módulos: Adecuación de los instrumentos; Exposición de los instrumentos y la metodología de aplicación; Aplicación de los instrumentos; Procesamiento de la información; y la respectiva Elaboración del informe, que tendrá el cronograma del 15 de octubre al 19 de noviembre de 2019.
