Docentes UPLA exponen investigación en SINEACE
- La investigación fue seleccionada por el SINEACE, el ente más importante de acreditación educativa en el Perú.
Tres destacados docentes investigadores de la Universidad Peruana Los Andes, con amplia trayectoria académica e investigación académica, fueron seleccionados como finalistas por el SINEACE, y a través de la plataformar de esta institución, brindaron una exposición a nivel nacional.
Se trata de los docentes, Luis Antonio Visurraga Camargo, Juan Manuel Sánchez Soto y Oscar Rafael Guillén Valle, que forman parte de la plana docente de la Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas y Contables; quienes dieron a conocer todos los pormenores de la investigación titulada: “Estrategias didácticas y retroalimentación efectiva con clases online en una universidad de la región Junin-2020”, expuesta en vivo por la plataforma del Sineace.
Durante su presentación, el Dr. Juan Manuel Sánchez Soto, manifestó que, el hecho de “coexistir” y enseñar en incertidumbre con la pandemia de covid-19, estimula a los docentes y estudiantes, a adaptarse, innovarse y migrar de la enseñanza presencial a la enseñanza remota, usando sesiones sincrónicas en vivo.
“Fuimos sorprendidos por la cuarentena obligatoria, quien nos notifica y obliga en nuestra condición de docente a establecer estrategias virtuales de enseñanza con tácticas de retroalimentación efectiva, durante el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje. En ese sentido es necesario averiguar la nueva experiencia que nos viene dejando la pandemia en términos de enseñanza-aprendizaje”. Explicó Sánchez Soto.
Por su lado el Dr. Luis Antonio Visurraga Camargo indicó, que en el “contexto actual no se trata sólo de “dominar la tecnología”, sino de saberla utilizar de manera didáctica. No basta con dominar Blackboard, Zoom, Google Meet, Google Classroom, Moodle, PowerPoint y otras aplicaciones, sino el de diseñar actividades educativas de manera didáctica, para que los estudiantes aprendan sin necesidad de asistir a un aula. Y es que, para enseñar y retroalimentar, las herramientas claves son el pensamiento crítico y creatividad del docente, para explotar las posibilidades que las Tics nos ofrecen”.
El Dr. Oscar Rafael Guillen Valle, por su lado explicó, “que la investigación se justifica por cuanto pretendemos trasmitir una experiencia directa y empírica como docentes universitarios, en el dictado de clases online y como esta coadyuvaría en el proceso educativo, dado que los estudiantes como receptores de las técnicas, habilidades y conocimiento especializado de los docentes, se están retroalimentando pertinazmente. Se justifica también porque contribuye a la aplicación práctica como solución de aspectos relacionados a la mejora cuantitativa y cualitativa del rendimiento académico de los estudiantes universitarios y en la búsqueda de una mejor estrategia de enseñanza y por lo tanto de una retroalimentación efectiva.
