El Decano de la Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Políticas anunció la realización de un certamen de carácter internacional dirigido a los estudiantes, profesionales y juristas del país.
Fue en el marco, donde la Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Políticas de la Universidad Peruana Los Andes, realizó el “III Congreso de Posgrado Multidisciplinario” con la presencia de reconocidos docentes del país, en el campus universitario de Chorrillos, certamen que fue inaugurado por el decano, Dr. Luis Poma Lagos y los coordinadores académicos: Dr. Vladimir Orihuela Rojas y el Dr. Alex Landeo Quispe.
El III congreso convocó a destacados juristas y educadores, quienes plasmaron diversas conferencias durante todo el día, el programa desarrolló los siguientes temas a cargo de los expertos: Iván Salomón Guerrero López, Juez Supremo, “Parámetros fácticos y jurídicos del sobreseimiento en la etapa intermedia”; Dr. Luis Alberto Poma Lagos, Decano de la Facultad de Derecho “Personas con capacidad restringida”; Pierre Chipana Loayza, “Relación jurídica sustantiva vs relación jurídica procesal”; Vladimir Orihuela Rojas, Doctor por la Universidad de Milán – Italia, “El actor civil en el proceso penal comparado”;
Asimismo, desarrollaron temas penales, civiles, constitucionales, laborales, tributarios entre otros con los juristas: Jacobo Romero Quispe, Alexander Orihuela Abregu, Luis Alberto Aguilar Cuevas, Edison Paul Tabra Ochoa, Faustino Paul Cutti Seguil, Daniel Machuca Urbina,
Neil Ávila Huamán, Richard Mario Tello Llantoy, Teddy Jhonnie Salas Matos, Jesús Huamán Rojas, Gilmer Alberto Jara Fabian.
